Godalming Beer Festival

Some useful information

Are children allowed to come to the festival?

Kids can attend the Saturday afternoon session, but we’re afraid they’re not allowed at the Friday Session or the Saturday Evening session, after 5pm.

If you’re attending the Saturday Afternoon session with children, you won’t be able to purchse an evening ticket, and you will need to leave at 5pm.

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

Yes, your dog can join you on-site, but please keep them on the lead and out of the serving areas.

Can I bring my own food and drink in with me?

No, I’m afraid not. We have plenty of food and drink on-site, so hopefully we’ll have everything you might need!

Can I bring gazebos and chairs?

We will have plenty of seating across the site, and some marquees for cover, but chairs are fine to bring and use across the site (perhaps don’t make camp right in front of the stage!) and gazebos are welcome, but you’ll be asked to pitch them in a reasonable spot that’s not blocking anyone else’s view of the stage.

Where's the nearest car park?

The site is right next door to Crown Court car park, just off the High Street in Godalming.

Where is the nearest train station?

Godalming train station is only a 10-minute walk from the site.

How long can I stay?

Your ticket is for the named session only, and you’ll need to leave at the end of the session.

You’ll be able to extend your ticket if you currently have a Saturday Afternoon ticket, just ask one of our staff! Otherwise you’ll need to leave at 5pm.
